If you have arthritis, you’re going to need help with assembly, as it takes some physical force with the hands on tools. I ordered 6 chairs total. 2 (one box) of the chairs were defective. I messaged Wayfair through the app, explaining what was wrong with the chairs with pictures added and they responded via text within 5 minutes. The resolution was very seamless. We bought 4 stools for our island and they looks great. Assembly was little more difficult than expected, but directions were good. Seat cushions are very nice, but a little hard when you sit in them the first time. I expect that the cushions will soften up as they get used.
