These doors are perfect for our dark hallway. They allow light from the rooms into the hall but they still maintain privacy. If somone is standing right inside the door, you can see a shadow, but not the person. If they anywhere else in the room, they aren't visible at all. The doors are heavy-duty and while the included door handle are ok, we substituted other's to our taste. If you're handy, you can install them yourself, we aren't, had our handyman do it and for 4 doors, it took him about 3 hours. Love them!. Kathy. Concord, CA. Wed Sep 02 2026

The 3-panel shaker design adds vertical structure and visual depth while maintaining a clean modern look.

Refresh your interior with a clean, sturdy interior slab door designed for interior remodels, replacements, and custom door projects. This white solid-core interior door slab is built with a solid wood core and a smooth manufactured wood surface, finished in white for a clean look that works well as a closet door, pantry door, bedroom door, bathroom door, laundry room door, hallway door, or storage area door. This package includes one door slab only, giving you flexibility to customize the final installation. Use it as a standard swing door, or pair it with compatible barn door, pocket door, sliding closet door, or bypass door hardware based on your project. This is not a prehung door and is not pre-drilled. Hinges, handles, tracks, frame, pivot hardware, hidden door hardware, and other installation hardware are not included, so you can choose the hardware style and placement that fits your opening. For replacement and remodel projects, the door can be trimmed to adjust width and height during installation. If you plan to repaint the surface, sand the white painted finish first before applying a new color. Whether you are replacing old doors, upgrading a closet or pantry, creating a custom barn door slab or sliding closet door setup, or coordinating doors throughout the home, this slab offers a clean, customizable base for interior spaces.

A: Absolutely! This is a modern knocked-down prehung door system. The hinges come pre-installed on the jamb, and all jamb components are pre-machined to ensure factory-level precision. Plus, the 2-box flat packaging effectively protects the wooden door components from transit damage. Q: What if I choose the wrong handing for left or right door opening? A: Door handing determines hinge placement and jamb stop orientation. Please carefully review our handing diagram before making your purchase to ensure you select the correct handing, so the door swings properly after installation. Q: Is the 15-minute frame assembly difficult? A: Not at all! We provide clear, step-by-step instructions that guide you through connecting the jamb pieces around the door slab. Just keep a nail gun and router handy, and you'll have it assembled in no time. Q: Can this door be trimmed to fit my existing opening? A: Yes. The solid core construction allows up to 0.5 inches of trimming per edge (top, bottom, left, right) to fit unique rough openings seamlessly. Please note that hollow core doors are not recommended for trimming, as cutting may compromise their structural integrity. Q: What is the return process for this door slab? A: Please keep the original packaging and repack the door in its original condition to ensure a smooth return process.

GORGEOUS! I was so nervous buying this online. Very sturdy and square. The packaging was exceptional to keep it from breaking or getting dented. Wow. Highly recommend! (We did not use the door jam- we routed new door to fit in old jam). Michelle. Wed May 27 2026
