Danyani Maldonado. Louisville, KY. Wow! This door was easy to assemble and stain. The instructions highly recommends a header board and I do too! Everything I needed to hang this door was in the kit, except for the header board and lag screws to hang it of course, but I with the help of my AI helper was able to hang this door by myself! Feeling very accomplished and it looks and glides so smoothly…a wonderful addition to our family room!. Renee. Grand Blanc, MI. Thu Oct 15 2026

It is lovely. Better than imagined. Assembly was more difficult than planned of you’re thinking long term. You’ll need a header, which I did not realize. EightDoors’ 4 Lite Frosted Barn Door is designed to provide timeless beauty. The tempered frosted glass lets light through, saving energy while offering privacy. A barn door comes as a high-demand product: while standard doors will take up a considerable area to swing open and close, sliding barn doors only need adequate wall space, meaning you can use your square footage for furniture and decor. This solid wood door is made from planted forest trees in accordance with FSC regulations, being an environmentally friendly product. For a great and smooth finish, MDF veneer is used on the faces with 3 coats of white primer so you can add the finish of your choice to offer a bit more protection to the wood to last for years to come. This door has a trimming allowance of 1/4 in. on each side and 1 in. at the bottom. Any trimmed edge must be sealed or painted to protect from moisture. Pair it with EightDoors’ Black Matte Interior Hardware Kit for a seamless installation.

SMARTSTANDARD is committed to providing high-quality, customized, and durable Barn Doors to satisfy your home decoration and security needs.

This product is very solid and high quality. Only thing I didn’t like was that the satin nickel rail is 3 pieces for an 8 foot rail. Makes installation more difficult than a one or two piece rail. The other door I purchased used a black rail that was 2 pieces. Other than that the door is solid and easy to assemble but very heavy. I wasn’t expecting it to be so heavy but it is a 48 x 84 solid door so it makes sense. Love having full access to our closet now!. Neal. Billerica, MA. Tue Sep 08 2026

This is a Frosted Glass, solid standard door. This design blends classical and modern elements and will be the best choice for any room in your home. Arrived nice. Quality lightweight door with frosted glass. It’s only primed so I’ll need to paint it later. After drilling holes, I was able to reuse the same doorknob I had before. Really modernizes the kitchen and adds a nice esthetic. I will look for a decal that says pantry on it. Overall, happy with this purchase.. Rebeccah. Wendell, NC. Sat Sep 19 2026

Perfect to close off our laundry room without it having to swing open into the dining area. I painted the door to match my trim. I had to scuff the finish and then use a special type of primer so the paint would bond correctly. But it’s working great so far! I didn’t build the door. Thankfully my husband took on that task. It took him awhile. I heard a few choice words but it was worth it!. Stephanie. Meridian, ID. Thu Oct 29 2026

Nothing included made the assembly alit more difficult spite wayfairs listing stating how easy it would be..lol. however they are up and they look great.  I have them on my master bathroom and will soon frost the windows for privacy.. This was a great choice for replacing an old interior french door. The simple shaker design looks clean and modern without being too decorative, and it made the room feel noticeably more updated once installed. Even though it’s a hollow-core door, it actually feels heavier and sturdier than the old door we replaced. It still has the advantage of being easier to handle than a solid-core door, but it doesn’t feel flimsy or cheap. Once installed, it feels solid enough for everyday use and closes with a much more substantial feel than our previous door. The door arrived already assembled, so there was no panel assembly or complicated setup required. The primed surface was smooth and gave us a good base for painting, and the finished result looks much more expensive than I expected for the price. I also liked that the handle hole and hinge locations were not pre-cut. Since we were replacing an older door, being able to position everything exactly where our existing frame required made installation much easier. Overall, the size was accurate, the quality was better than expected, and the single-panel shaker style works really well with the rest of our home. For a pantry, closet, laundry room, or other interior space, this is a really nice upgrade. I would definitely buy another one for future remodeling projects.. Anonymous. Wed Oct 14 2026

We purchased these 5-light clear glass French doors for an angled wall we had built in our lower level to enclose our exercise room, and we couldn't be happier with how they turned out. First, these doors arrived incredibly well packed. The packaging provided excellent protection, and the doors arrived in perfect condition. They are also very substantial and heavy—so heavy that the FedEx delivery driver actually offered to bring them into the house for us! Once installed, the quality really impressed us. These doors are every bit as well built as a custom-made set, but at a much better price. They have a solid, substantial feel and look beautiful in our space. The clear glass lets us see into the exercise room while still giving the room a finished, enclosed look. The doors came with everything needed for installation, which made the process much easier. I also really appreciated that they arrived already primed, so they only needed a coat of paint to finish them off. We did change out the included hardware to coordinate with the hardware on the other doors in our home, but that was simply a personal design choice. These doors completely transformed what could have been an ordinary opening into a beautiful architectural feature. Excellent quality, substantial construction, well packaged, and a great value compared with custom doors. We are extremely happy with them!. Annette. Louisville, KY. Mon Sep 21 2026

This barn door was the perfect solution to our gaining the use of our whole corner of our bedroom while providing the privacy needed for our bathroom! Prior to installing this door we had a standard bathroom door which when opened cut off the whole corner of our bedroom and pressed upon my nightstand. I hated to walk into my room to see this. This BEAUTIFUL barn door solved the problem beautifully! The quality is great, shipping was fast. They said the door was only primed, and could be painted! The door was simply beautiful as is. We didnt see the need to paint it! Thank you Wayfair!. Sheri. Chardon, OH. Tue Sep 29 2026

I purchased 2 barn doors for my spare rooms. As you can see, when closed you can’t make out what is behind the glass so it’s good for privacy. I did not get the soft close, but the doors are smooth and quiet. Very pleased!. Delores. Victoria Beach, MB. Fri Jun 26 2026
