This is a very very heavy door, which is perfect for a barn door, but not a one person job. My biggest issue is that the last two pieces of glass I had to saw out the wood as they would not slide into the grooves. I even tried to swap them out with other pieces. It was very time-consuming and ruined part of the track that took the glass slides into, but it was the only way to get the door fully together. It is otherwise a very nice addition to our home.. These doors are very pretty! In all honesty, it took me months to get them fully installed. The directions were minimal to say the least, but I did find my way. The 60” came in actual panels. But the 48” came in a box of wood PIECES a box of glass pieces. LOL returning the pieces will charge me 80 shipping fee.
