This is a very very heavy door, which is perfect for a barn door, but not a one person job. My biggest issue is that the last two pieces of glass I had to saw out the wood as they would not slide into the grooves. I even tried to swap them out with other pieces. It was very time-consuming and ruined part of the track that took the glass slides into, but it was the only way to get the door fully together. It is otherwise a very nice addition to our home.. The 60” came in actual panels. But the 48” came in a box of wood PIECES a box of glass pieces. LOL returning the pieces will charge me 80 shipping fee. So I just assembled the door panels myself, which is not hard. But it is just an extra hassle. Once assembled, it looks beautiful. Quality looks good.
