Best Makeup Vanities With Reviews

It’s very sturdy and has a ton of storage. I was really worried because the reviews said it was horrible and time consuming to put together, and I was expecting my husband to go ballistic. He and my daughter put it together in no time. In fact, he even said it wasn’t a big deal and was rather easy. Some reviews said it was very small; they must be giants. My daughter is 5’5 and it is perfect for her. We will probably get mirror clips like one person said, just because the mirror is in a place where it gets opened and closed repeatedly and I would rather be safe than sorry. I’m very glad that I bought this. We’re remodling our 2nd bathroom and 6 people using the one remaining bathroom is difficult when you have daughters that sit in there and put makeup on for 2 hours.

Delivery time was great and it was easy to follow to guide to put the vanity together. The chair had some issues with one of the legs not fitting in due to the section not being wide enough. Once I sat down on the chair, everything fit into place as instructed. I love the design of the table! It’s a great size for a small apartment room with a queen size bed. I can still let out my seat with room to spare. I frequently work from home and love that I can double the table up as a small computer desk.

Gorgeous vanity! It's exactly what I wanted and looks just like it does in the photo. I love how it fits perfectly in the small corner of my bedroom and doesn't take up too much space. It was packaged very well and arrived in perfect condition. It was pretty easy to put together, although I did need my husband's help when attaching the mirror. I did have to take off a star because this vanity retails at almost $1,400, and it's definitely NOT worth that amount of money! I got it on sale for $500, which still seems a little high, especially given that they gave me plastic drawer pulls instead of glass. Not the end of the world, it's just annoying when you pay a lot for an item and they scrimp on the details. Overall though, it looks so beautiful and brightens up my room!!

I love my new vanity set and I'm so proud that I was able to put it together all by myself in less than two hours! And that is even with putting some of the parts on the wrong way at first and having to redo them. The instructions are pretty easy to follow - I got mixed up a few times, but you just have to think it through and not rush. If I had to put a second one together I know I'd do it in half the time. Anyway - great set. Study and very pretty.

I LOVE this vanity. It’s beautiful and good sized, most other vanities I’ve had have been on the smaller side but this one is tall and wide. I’m obsessed. It also came with everything already put together! We just had to screw on the legs! SO MUCH EASIER than some of my other furniture purchases so I really appreciated that. The ONLY negative is that it came with a little damage, which is why I had to ding one star. The back corner was crushed and paint was chipped. Overall I’m happy with this piece but I am upset that the edge is messed up. It’s fine for now because that particular edge is in the corner of our room...but when we move it may not be hidden away in the corner and that’s a little frustrating. All in all I’m very happy. Slightly disappointed, but not enough to make a huge fuss over it. We’ll see how I feel in a few days and if it still bothers me l I’ll contact the company, but for now I’m really happy with how it looks overall.

I am very impressed with the look and feel of this vanity set! It has a sleek modern design that goes perfectly in my daughter's bedroom. I thought it was really great that a stool was included. The color and look is identical to the picture. My husband found it easy to put together. However, we do have a problem with the left drawer. It is too high on one side and thus had to be sanded down quite a bit to get the drawer to close properly. Due to the sanding the color has been removed and now we will have to stain that portion to make it look nice again. It wasn't worth it to send the vanity back or request a new drawer. There is definitely a quality control issue on the manufacturers part. This is the bummer of ordering online. I thought about giving it four stars because of this defect but it's just too great to not give it five.

If you’re thinking about buying this... DO IT!!!! I Browsed hundreds of vanity/desk options on Wayfair and other popular sites, read 100’s of reviews and considered our humid weather in Hawaii. This is EXACTLY what I was hoping it would be and more. Well made, sturdy, stylish and modern. It literally will go with so many styles of decor easily. The perfect size and amount of storage to serve the purpose of both a desk and vanity without having to clear it off to access the mirror, and internal outlet and belongings stored in the middle. Simple to put together for the most part ( good thing because the instructions provided are extremely minimal and worthless). You only have to attach two panels (legs of vanity) and wire and attach the internal outlet but that’s easy. Just pay attention to running cord through opening of outlet cover first BEFORE connecting it all or you’ll be taking it apart and starting over like I did. Directions do not address this point at all. All in all, I put it together in 15 -20 min. Looks FANTASTIC and worth every penny. Some others had problems with bad packages and damaged corners. My package made it all the way to HAWAII and was in excellent condition with no damages at all. Kudos to this Vendor and their shipping team! Surprising my older teen with a room makeover and I know she’s going to love it! Might have to buy one for myself!!! Thanks Wayfair!!!

*HONEST REVIEW* This vanity is the perfect size! The mirror is just right!! The instructions do say they recommend having two people put this item together however I did it on my own while sitting down!! Everything was pretty self explanatory. The set was in perfect condition. Highly recommend. The only things that would make me remove a star (if I was extremely picky) the “metal” is easily printed by fingers and what not but windex will do the trick. Lastly, in the instructions the tools for building were numbered or lettered but the actual package itself didn’t have the numbers or letters so you kind of have to figure out which is which but if you read over carefully and check over your tools it’s a piece of cake from there!! Keep in mind while putting it together once you put the screw caps on I couldn’t get them off which made loosening the screws to fit the bottom glass shelf in kind of hard but if I had listened to the instructions and waited to tighten the screws I would have prevented that. So, considering the price this item is everything down to the cute screw caps!! ALL TOOLS INCLUDED.

Let me start off by saying that the final build is beautiful and I really do love it. I think it was the perfect size for my space and was able to fit all of the make up I currently have. I very much appreciate the included acrylic makeup organizer. It gave me a place to put my sponges and a few others. My only issue with it is that the organizer slides around pretty easily every time I go grab something from it so I wish it had some type rubber grip lining at the bottom. There were some other things that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5. One of the predrilled holes for the mirror wasnt fully cleared to allow for the screw to go in so I used the tip of a knife to do so carefully and I was able to install the base of the mirror. The drawer organizers are just 2 pieces of wood that are pretty loose when they’re in the drawer. It’s still looks nice and helps with organizing. The overall vanity is shifts little when I sit at it but it’s currently on a carpeted floor so that may be why. I didn’t install the included stool bc it looked a bit small for me so I used a chair I already had that matches perfectly. All in all, it’s still a great vanity and for the price, I think it’s fair for what I got.

This was my first Wayfair purchase. I'd been looking for a makeup vanity for several years, and some of my coworkers had mentioned they shopped at Wayfair. I looked at local shops, but the prices were out of this world. I looked at Wayfair and saw many makeup vanities - picking one was the hardest part. This one got great reviews and was supposedly easy to assemble. I dragged the box into the house from the courier delivery and proceeded to set it up on my own. The mirror was the most challenging with trying to line up the holes, but I did it! The table and stools were very easy to assemble. Beautiful piece and works well with my bedroom furniture. I would definitely recommend it to a friend. I like the fact that it has more drawers than my last one did. Helps me sort items into different categories. Very pleased.

I am absolutely in love. this was one of the easiest things I have ever had to assemble and I have purchased quite a bit from Wayfair in the past. The best part was that the drawers and top were already pre-assembled which meant the whole thing by myself took about 20 minutes to put together. The materials feel very high-quality and I absolutely love the way that it looks in my room. It’s not a very large vanity but I have a small bedroom so it gets the job done for me. I also love that it has three styles of lighting, which make it very helpful to use when applying make up etc. it also acts as the perfect lighting any virtual meetings you may have as the top easily fits a small laptop.  My one suggestion is that I do wish that the jewelry organizer built in to the right drawer was removable. 

This is PERFECT! I had needed a vanity ever since we bought our first one bedroom apartment but never thought I could fit it anywhere! My boyfriend hated the LED lights I put in the bathroom as they are beyond blinding in the AM. I finally found this and thought it was so perfect and matched our bedroom set! The reviews were great so I had to purchase. It's more than I could have wanted!! The box its delivered in is HUGE, (so huge my boyfriend thought I didn't measure) but it couldnt have been any easier to set up! 16 Legs and that's it! No tools needed everything came with the vanity. I love that I can finally hide all of my makeup in one place underneath the folding mirror and that once I do fold the mirror it's now my desk for my laptop! The middle drawer does not pull out it's for design only but that's not a problem, the other drawers are small but they run deep so you can fit plenty! I am able to keep a straightner and a curling iron in one with no problem. I love the bench, but I have low back problems so I need some sort of support but I had a spare Chair that matches perfectly. I am currently using it as my desk to type this but I already love getting ready here ! See photos!

This is an excellent piece of furniture, I am very happy with my purchase! I am using it as a vanity/small table for laptop/note-writing in my bedroom. This is a perfect set for small areas as it takes up very little space, while lending the room some elegance and structure because it is a very handsome/beautiful piece. It looks exactly like the picture given, if not better. The stool is a very good size and the seat is plush with suede-type upholstery (in a warm beige with the white set) that is very soft and durable. I would have liked the drawer to have been a bit larger with better finishing but it's definitely workable. I actually replaced the drawer knob (which is a deep toned bronze colour) with a faux crystal one just to give it some glam (see attached pictures). Overall, it is sturdy, very well made and easy to assemble. Note that the instructions are taped to the bottom of the tabletop (I was searching for them high and low in the packaging box at first!). All in all, it's a great buy for the quality and price!

The shipping container was surprisingly very robust - box with a protecting cushion within another box, which was also very well packed and protected. No damage or scratches on the product (roughly 75 pounds if I recall the container tag correctly). I like the quality of this product, didn't know what to expect from the website information, but it seems very well built and it's a very attractive vanity set. Building was very simple, a few legs to attach and the mirror. Everything was predrilled in the right locations and was easy to securely attach. It's very functional; lots of surface space, good amount of drawer space, and sufficient space for my daughter to sit comfortably on the provided stool. She is 10 and has plenty of knee space, but I sat in the stool to test and also was comfortable enough. The dimension sheets for this product were not detailed enough to determine this beforehand, and the manufacturer needs to provide more dimensions for this product. Without other reviewers making similar comments about knee space I would not have bought this product in the first place. Turned out ok though. The turned legs give this furniture a little bit of elegance, but it's simple in appearance so it fits well with other unmatched furniture of similar color (in this case a bright white). I am pleased with the value/price of this vanity set and in general am very satisfied with this purchase. No regrets, and would recommend this manufacturer.

Very nice vanity. I purchased one for myself after I purchased my daughter one and liked hers. The vanity and stools are sturdy and the design is well thought out as far as space and functionality. It doesn’t fit my hair dryer in the center area while closing, so I don’t use that feature but I hadn’t intended to anyway. But for someone who might, if you have an older model hair dryer (I’ve had mine for about 15 years now), it may be too thick to store in the center with the top down. I will say it stains easily (my daughter uses hers as a writingpainting desk as well) so if you’re purchasing for a child, you might want to have a table cloth handy if they’ll be using it for homework or art projects or are messy with makeup. The only reason I wouldn’t purchase again is that my home decor style has changed.
