Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. The directions were hard to follow and pieces were incorrectly labeled, making assembly take way longer than necessary. The seat is very low (I’m 5’3 and it was quite a bend down) and your knees do not fit under when seated. If they wanted to improve, they would make the back of the chair taller, make the entire unit taller and then you would be able to tuck your legs under while seated.
