It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. This vanity is beautiful. It has two drawers with decent space inside, a glass shelf with a little compartment behind it (great for perfumes and lotions), a light that is accessible by touching the button, or placing your hand on the center of the wood when the vanity door is shut, and a little stool with an opening seat for more storage. The stool fits together in a compact design to conserve space. The stool is sturdy for the most part, however, the piece of wood that attaches to the top broke off without much movement at all. Regardless, I love this vanity. I would recommend it to those who prefer easily accessible yet space saving furniture. Beautiful vanity!!! 2 NEGATIVES: 1. the lights on the mirror aren’t very strong. Luckily where I moved it to has great natural light. 2. There are two cords for this vanity. One for the actual vanity and one for the mirror. I don’t feel like the photos accurately showed how the cord to the mirror looked. It is very visible and I feel like it should have had a slot to put the cord through the vanity. Maybe they did this so if you don’t want to use the mirror you could convert it to a desk or something but I had to wrap the cord for it to look better and prevent my cat from chewing. I didn’t lower my rating because this is One of my favorite purchases I’ve ever made. It really elevates the room. I love putting on my makeup at it. Was worried about the color being too brown with my black furniture and it isn’t. It also came almost completely assembled which was shocking. Unboxing took 3 times longer than putting it together. Vanity itself easy to build but it didn’t tell you which way the pieces should face so one of my pieces is backwards but still fine. If you are more than 110 lbs, I suggest not using the seat it comes with as it will not hold you. I’m going to have to buy a separate chair but this piece is nice.
