I needed a small pull-out sofa for a home office/guest room. The couch is surprisingly comfortable and supportive. The height is perfect and the cushions are pretty stuffed. The fabric is a bit rough, but I was limited in options due to size constraints in the room. It came a bit stained in some areas, but Customer Service was beyond helpful and responsive. This is a great quality couch. Its supportive yet very comfortable. The linen fabric is very thick and should last years. The Seems are all fitted perfectly as well. It also has a nice texture and looks very natural. I love that the company recycles 95% post consumer waste and also used solar power for their manufacturing. Caring about their environmental footprint was a major deciding factor for my purchase. It’s also getting harder to find a furniture company that uses high quality materials and natural fibers as well as putting time and craftsmanship into their work. It is a dying art. I am grateful to have found them amongst all the mass produced, ill quality out there. It is a beautiful looking couch and it feels even better than it looks when i sit in it. This is a very nice sofa. The sitting posture is very upright, so it's a more formal feeling couch. The cushions are very comfortable for a long sit. The seat height is tall, but there have been no complaints from short-legged family members.
