Overall, I’m a fan. I got the camel and it’s a very nice neutral color. I replaced the front legs that had the strange wheels with some generic 6” furniture legs I bought online and that worked perfectly. Not a fan of the unstable back though. It doesn’t want to sit straight or feel secure when you have it back in the longer position since it’s only secured in the center and is essentially floating on just that when pushed back. So I keep it on the shorter setting.. Cathey. Thu Sep 24 2026

I comes in dozens of slipcover options to select from, whether you're looking for classic, neutral linen or bright, luxe velvet.

I've never ordered anything like this before, sight unseen, so fingers were crossed. It's super comfortable, the blue duck is a bit less intense than the photos (kind of washed out looking) and oh my gosh is it big- yes, I knew the measurements, but it's still massive looking. But delivery was great, the guys were quick, communicated well and set it up where I asked them to. So, would I have bought it had I seen it in a store, probably not, as it's just not what I wanted, but we'll make it work.. Suzanne. Bristol Ri. Thu Jan 22 2026

The cushion is very comfortable however, arrived with only one of the three pillows shown AND the one pillow that was in the package is very thin for the size of the chaise and back of the chaise. I will have to go buy pillows to make the backrest comfortable. The item is very easy to put together, taking about an hour to put together myself.. Alfreda. Savannah, GA. Thu Aug 20 2026

Recessed arms, sinuous steel springs, and plush cushions wrapped in a down, feather, and polyfoam blend offer just the right balance of support and softness. Color is exactly as expected! The delivery was on time and the guys that delivered had to carry it up a steep flight of stairs, they were very careful and respectful of the space. The lounge is a little less "high end" than I expected, when you sit in it, it crinkles more like synthetic rather than down, which is disappointing. Overall a good product, we'll see how it holds up!. Ld. Portland, OR. Tue Jul 21 2026

Buyer beware.....3-1/2 hours to assemble, 1/2 hr. to uncrate and separate parts, terrible instructions, 72 hr. wait time to use because of vacuum packing. Nice chair....but was it worth it!.....definitely not and would not buy again. As a long time purchaser from WAYFAIR and usually happy with them, I'm really surprised they would even sell this from CHINA. BOTTOM LINE....IF YOU BUY THIS ONE, HAVE THEM ASSEMBLE!. THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH WAYFAIR! DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS!. Anthony R. Aiken, SC. Fri Sep 25 2026

We like the chaise not high end but fine for the money. Sits low to the ground which makes you want to flopdrop on it but feel like it’s not sturdy enough to handle an adult flopping down on it might crack or break so I put 8” legs on it to raise it up to normal height like a chair or sofa to avoid the urge to fall down on it. Looks great. But still want to take it easy with it.. Janet. Shawnee, KS. Mon Aug 24 2026
