After putting it together, I thought the manufacturers forgot to ship an important piece. It was a false alarm since that piece arrived separately the next day. My point: When I called Wayfair's customer care team on Day 1, they assured me that this matter would be resolved without having to contact the manufacturer directly. After that call, an email from Wayfair customer service immediately populated my inbox. Even though the incident resolved itself, I was thankful for Wayfair's responsiveness and dedication to resolving my issues.. Anonymous. Santa Barbara, CA. Mon Sep 07 2026

Spruce up your bedroom with this low-profile platform bed's mid-century style. It's made from solid and engineered wood with a neutral finish that blends with your decor. A gently arched panel headboard strikes a classic look, while woven rattan in a cane pattern adorns the interior for a mixed-materials feel. We love how the flared legs give this piece a vintage-inspired appearance. Best of all, the included slats directly supports a fitting mattress of your choice without a box spring (sold separately).

Overall, great quality bed and durable. 1 star knocked off because rattan is considerably more yellow toned in person compared to pictures, but we will just spray paint to fix that. The bed came with instructions to attach headboard, but no instructions to put together bed frame. Internet searched using the SKU and was able to find, but still frustrating for wasted time searching every inch of the boxes to make sure we weren’t overlooking the instructions.. Maddie.
