This is a beautiful canopy bed! The color of the wood (all solid) and construction is exactly what I hoped for based on the listing. There are no exposed screws/hardware (which is hard to come by in canopy beds) and the joints in the top are beautifully executed. Do yourself a favor: make sure you have 2 people for assembly. It will take some time and work but it isn't super challenging. The allen wrench (provided) has an end that will make the hard-to-reach spaces easier, but make sure you have a second one to make the process go by faster. I ordered this bed in a twin size. The assembly was easy, took less than an hour by myself. The instructions called for a hand screwdriver, but I’d recommend tightening with a power screwdriver for the slats. The fabric is tight and full of color. I especially the detail on the legs of the bed. I’m using this as a guest bed so i am not able to attest to its sturdiness at the moment.
