Our sleeper sofa arrived yesterday and we are very happy with it! The delivery process was smooth - we got notified by email ahead of time that the piece was on its way and then the window of time when it would arrive. The delivery team was timely and very quick with their work. They brought it in and had everything set up within 20min! The sofa itself is easy to convert to a bed, and firm but comfortable. The quality and construction are what we expected for the price. We need it as an addition guest bed, but I think we might actually leave it partially converted all the time because it's nice for everyone to be able to stretch out their legs while watching a movie!.
