I later found out through someone at the company that the pillows were stored inside the arm rests of the chair under a hidden Velcro compartment. Apparently this is in the directions but it is listed under parts and not under the steps and was easily missed by my husband. Please look in the arms if you think you’re missing something! We appreciate the phone call from the wayfair employee to explain this to us! All in all we find the chair very comfy and are happy with it! Plenty of room to snuggle up.
