The loveseat sofa is as pictured in the online site. I is a firm but very comfortable and the double bed works easily, offers a full or half bed and is very easy to manipulate. And the assembly team of two for this product was very skilled, affable respectful and efficient. Once I saw the assembly in progress, I am very glad that Wayfair offers this service. It would have taken me most of half a day, assuming I could complete the process at all. They were well prepaired and the total time was a total of just about 90 minutes. Great product and great service. Again, as in another review, I wish Wayfair would offer a take away service for the packaging for large and medium items. Otherwise I have to spend a good deal of time with a box cutter so the packaging will fit into the required Recycle bin for the Wednesday pickup. A local mattress store did this for me which included the old bed, headboard, base frame and the new bed packaging. And they provided this with no fee! Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. We bought this small Serta sofa for a small suite we built on our home. It has a small.sitting area next to the kitchen so this size worked well. It has a twin pull out bed with mattress for guests. It has a nice, soft fabric that seems like it will hold up well to use and wear. The seat cushions are fairly firm, but I like them. I dont like to sink down on a sofa seat.
