The chair looks great and is very soft and comfortable. However, I was sure I ordered black so that was very disappointing. As well as how low it is. Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it.
