The sofa arrived in 2 boxes. It is shrink wrapped. So once assembled it takes 3 days to fully inflate properly. It is comfortable enough. I purchased a 3 inch topper to put on top when using it as a guest bed. I don’t think it would be comfortable enough without the topper. For the price point it’s adequate. No real complaints.. Update! We loved the couch at first. Had it for one month and my daughter sat on it heard a pop and discovered the leg like this! It was 5 DAYS after the 30 day return period. Apparently this is in the directions but it is listed under parts and not under the steps and was easily missed by my husband. Please look in the arms if you think you’re missing something! We appreciate the phone call from the wayfair employee to explain this to us! All in all we find the chair very comfy and are happy with it! Plenty of room to snuggle up.
