The couch itself is lovely. But when the men unwrapped it, it was absolutely filthy. There is not one panel that did not have some kind of stain or dirt. Worst part is, I think it’s grease in some areas because it rubbed on the wall and left a streak on the wall that only came out with magic eraser. All that being said. The couch is sturdy and well made. And looks great in my spare bedroom. I have called Wayfair customer service and am waiting to see how they will resolve this.. Theresa. Juno Beach, FL. I love the low profile of my sofa. The construction is study. It is the firmest sofa I’ve ever had, which is perfect for my back. Love the high arms as our tv is diagonal so I lean back comfortably when watching tv or on my phone. Bonus it is a sleeper sofa which I did not realize when I ordered. This sofa is NOT bulky or oversized but it is just for me and my dog and I am a small person. It is VERY low profile. The back hits at about my armpits which is perfect.
