I ordered this bed in the "Duck Gray" and was surprised to see it was a much lighter grey than the photo online. It's still a nice gray, but more of a light grey than a mid tone gray. Also the fabric looks more like a canvas linen than a true linen. The headboard fabric is not sewn directly onto the headboard, it is a slipcover that you slide over the headboard. At first I was annoyed but then I thought - well at least I can get it dry cleaned when it gets dirty - so it works out well. The bed took about an hour and a half to put together (with 2 people) but it's made well so it's very sturdy and was easy to assemble. It does have a sort of chemical smell to it, but I imagine that will go away with time. It also arrived 10 days sooner than originally anticipated which was a huge plus. This bed is perfect for me! It’s hard to get the perfect photo to show the color, but I would describe the Swedish Blue linen as a cool toned mint. It’s a super soothing pale green color that is really beautiful. You definitely need an extra pair of hands to assemble it, possibly even a team of 3 to make things go as smoothly as possible when attaching the headboard to the frame. This bed is constructed of beautiful nature and is customizable in many finish options

We really like this bed, and that was based primarily on the island/tropical design/vibe and the great color choices (we went with Kiwi green...vibrant!) The bed appears to be well-made, but it is a bit pricey for its lightweight and simple construction and detailing. It also took a few weeks to receive the bed, but that seems to be typical with larger furniture items.
