I’m really happy with this sofa. The green color is rich and classy in person, and the chenille fabric feels soft without looking cheap. It gave the room that cozy modern farmhouse look I was hoping for. The tufted back and nailhead trim make it look more expensive than it actually is. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and it feels sturdy once put together. The cushions are on the firmer side at first, but they’ve started to soften up with use. I also appreciate that it doesn’t take up an overwhelming amount of space while still feeling roomy enough to sit comfortably. I couldn’t find any good sectionals for under 1k, so this was a good deal for us ! Took us about an hour to put together. The directions don’t clarify certain things (the pieces to anchor the inner sections together have multiple size holes directions don’t reflect what goes where). We did get one screw that was the wrong size but other that it was pretty straight forward. I’m sitting on it about 19 hours after setup and the cushions have almost doubled in size. It’s nice and firm but still soft enough for you to sink in. It did not have a smell or anything which is great. The chaise pieces slide around on our hardwood floor, but with some grippy tape on the bottoms of legs, they stay put. The legs are plastic but not cheap feeling. So far it’s wonderful and it’s BIG!! I went back and forth between the neutral colors and the green and I’m really glad I chose the green. It’s a beautiful olive shade in person and not nearly as bright as I was worried it might be. It adds some color without taking over the whole room and looks great with our wood furniture. It’s also ridiculously comfortable for lounging. The seat is much deeper than our old couch and I can actually curl up on it without feeling cramped. We’ve pulled it out a few times for movie nights and there’s plenty of room to stretch out. The cushions were a little compressed when it arrived, but they filled out nicely after sitting for a while. I also appreciated not having to put together a million pieces when it arrived. Cons: The back rest cushions are probably more thick than they need to be. This causes a pretty shallow sitting length and your thighs will hang off the front most likely. The underside of the small pillows I received have a very differnet looking grippy section that I haven't found functional or tasteful. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually.
