If this couch came with white glove delivery, velcro across the bottom of the slip cover, and better instructions, it would have 5 stars. Let’s start with the positive feedback. It’s beautiful and incredibly comfortable. Now onto the not so positive feedback. First, it is packaged so well that it became a nightmare to unwrap. It took me two hours to properly get every item out of the box. Second, the slip cover was so wrinkled that I had to iron the entire thing or the couch would have looked a mess. Third, the slip cover needs Velcro for the bottom because it does not lay properly so I’m going to have to add Velcro so that it can lay properly underneath. But for those things, this couch would get five stars. The color is superb, and it is plush and deep. Please offer white glove delivery!. Andi. South Bend, IN. Tue Aug 11 2026

Settee itself is beautiful and well constructed and it looks amazing in our nook. I give it a 10 out of 5! The star reduction is for delivery time. Description says 5-6 weeks. It took 10! So while I highly recommend the piece, the description needs to be updated. Luckily I was not waiting on it for anything special.. Kristea. New Lenox. Wed Oct 14 2026

This settee is in my cafe room and is on the long side of my dinning room table. It fits and tucks under the table very nicely. Instead of chairs, I chose this settee. It looks beautiful.
