I couldn’t find any good sectionals for under 1k, so this was a good deal for us ! Took us about an hour to put together. The directions don’t clarify certain things (the pieces to anchor the inner sections together have multiple size holes directions don’t reflect what goes where). We did get one screw that was the wrong size but other that it was pretty straight forward. I’m sitting on it about 19 hours after setup and the cushions have almost doubled in size. It’s nice and firm but still soft enough for you to sink in. It did not have a smell or anything which is great. The chaise pieces slide around on our hardwood floor, but with some grippy tape on the bottoms of legs, they stay put. The legs are plastic but not cheap feeling. So far it’s wonderful and it’s BIG!! My husband is 5’11 and I added a photo of him on couch right after assembling. Photo with AirPods on it is next morning, you can see cushion growth already.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 10 2026

Cons: The back rest cushions are probably more thick than they need to be. This causes a pretty shallow sitting length and your thighs will hang off the front most likely. The underside of the small pillows I received have a very differnet looking grippy section that I haven't found functional or tasteful. Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually.
