Great looking couch. Easy to assemble. Came in with one minor defect on the side, a very small peel off area. Not very noticeable due to the location of it. UPDATE 7 months later the fabric is not standing up well. It pills very easily and the back cushions are losing their shape - even though we rotate them. ___ This sofa is a great option if you’re looking for something slightly elevated on a budget. The slipcovers fit really well - my one complaint (hence the 4 stars) is that there is some drooping along the front panel of the slipcover. The fabric is lovely. It was really simple to assemble - it took 2 of us about 20 minutes. And there is a center support leg for additional sturdiness. I couldn’t find any good sectionals for under 1k, so this was a good deal for us ! Took us about an hour to put together. The directions don’t clarify certain things (the pieces to anchor the inner sections together have multiple size holes directions don’t reflect what goes where). We did get one screw that was the wrong size but other that it was pretty straight forward. I’m sitting on it about 19 hours after setup and the cushions have almost doubled in size. It’s nice and firm but still soft enough for you to sink in. It did not have a smell or anything which is great. The chaise pieces slide around on our hardwood floor, but with some grippy tape on the bottoms of legs, they stay put. The legs are plastic but not cheap feeling. So far it’s wonderful and it’s BIG!! Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. We purchased the light grey loveseat for our loft space and have been very happy with it. Assembly was fairly quick and easy, I was really happy with the fabric. So many couches lately seem to have a heavier plush or corduroy-style texture, which wasn’t what I wanted. This chenille looks just like it did online and has a soft, cozy feel without that bulky texture. The couch itself is very comfortable, and the white plush pillows that came with it are both cute and surprisingly comfortable. We added a few of our own pillows, and it fits our loft space really well. We haven’t needed to wash the covers yet, but I really like that they unzip and can be machine washed, especially since we have a dog who occasionally decides the furniture is his when we aren’t looking.
