Originally came with broken pieces in the shipment. The company resent the defective pieces at no charge. The padded seat was worse the second time, but I’ll just reupholster it myself instead of requesting a 3rd one. It would be best if the company would figure out a new way to ship the seat so that it doesn’t get pinchedmishapen. The tiny screws were a bear to screw into the wood. Small, predrilled holes would have been a great touch. Overall, the vanity looks nice assembled and my daughter likes it, but certainly some room for improvement with shipping and ease of assembly.. I was a little overwhelmed at first opening the boxes and seeing the number of parts, but honestly, once the two main drawer towers were assembled, the rest went together pretty quickly. Very pretty desk, we’re using it as my daughter’s home schooling work station instead of a vanity and it’s working well so far. It was definitely a process putting together, took close to 6 hours but it’s well worth it. The mirror isn’t a great quality, but I am going to remove it and paint over it with chalk paint..
