Ok, so I have had some bad experiences with Wayfair with some pretty pricey items and was about to stop ordering through them, but there was a sale and I needed to purchase something for a studio unit. I couldnt be happier with this purchase. Because its a studio, I have space issues. On top of that, I have baseboard heat, so furniture placement is an issue. This works for me since the base fits under the heating unit and the online measurements were all correct, so it fit under the window and cleared the AC. It was packaged really well. Directions were very clear and easy to follow. They suggest you use a power drill. I never use a power drill to assemble furniture. There were three different steps when I felt one bolt would not match machined threads, but I gingerly aligned (over and over) and got that bolt to engage. I did not tighten the other bolts in that step until that bolt was established. It did take some hand strength. After that it was plug this in and plug that in any youre done and I was! Works great. Perfect fit for my space. It was not too difficult to put together, but I ended up getting help, and we two manned it. Sturdy with plenty of desk space and storage. I am happy with this product as it suits my needs perfectly. I am very grateful that all of the parts were in the box & nothing was damaged. That is always my fear from mail orders.
