This solid wood bookcase is the perfect size for any space. At 32" high, it provides ample storage, but doesn't overpower. We use real wood and screws with plugs in our construction - not MDF, air nails, or Staples. Some minor assembly at home is required; instructions and hardware included. Overall dimensions of 36" W x 10" D x 32" H with three openings that allow for 33"W x 8.5"D x 9.25"H. We do not use highly processed wood, because of this, you can expect knots and minor imperfections that make each piece unique.

These shelves are very good quality. We were surprised at how heavy duty they are. They come in almost a cool shade of wood - we used wood oil to give them more warm and honey finish. Ordered several and one bookshelf had two broken shelves and a missing washer - manufactured sent replacement parts (which did take a few weeks) but we were happy with the process. Well to be perfectly honest, the delivery team was fantastic! They arrived as they indicated, they were, friendly, courteous, and ever so efficient. The bookcase arrived early enough to have placed all necessary items on the shelves long before the noon hour. However, once the packaging was removed, the bookcase put in its proper place the matter of how to remove the wood wedges (placed on the left and right sides) holding the shelves in place became the major obstacle of frustration. It's like getting in your car to take a drive, you open the door, take a seat, put the key in the ignition, turn the key or push the button and nothing happens, looking at the gas gauge, you realize you have no gas. Went online to your website, located the item page, found there were instructions on how to remove the wedges. It’s like being stranded in the desert with no water and no camel. We'll make it work--again, it's a top-notch piece of furniture. But I am super bummed about the color and wish we had ordered the medium oak instead. The color looks even better in person, and the height is just perfect. Functionality wise it spins really smoothly and there was actually more room on the shelves than I was expecting, so I still have space to fill up. The cabinet door opens smoothly and the hinges are even the adjustable kind you can use a screwdriver with if you need the door to be a little more protruding compared to when you installed it. The reason for four stars instead of five is due to the instructions being too vague, to the point I had to reference the instructional video on Wayfair, as well as a few screws being too loose to the point I'll need to reinforce them with wood glue later. It's still pretty solid, so I'm satisfied, but I can see others possibly having a stressful time due to these issues. Anyone putting this together should just try to keep in mind to be gentle and steady when putting in the screws to avoid accidentally stripping or splitting since the material is so thin in places. It came fully assembled and the delivery drivers did an amazing job of making sure it was not damaged when unloading it at my home. It is the perfect size and makes a beautiful organized activity storage center for toys, books, puzzles, crayons and electronic devices. The back is the same as the front and is concealed when against my wall keeping half of the contents hidden from view in my living room. It is perfect organized place for my grandkids to find everything they can enjoy playing with, when they visit and easy to move with the wheels if necessary for cleaning. Amazing! Absolutely love it!
