This solid wood bookcase is the perfect size for any space. At 32" high, it provides ample storage, but doesn't overpower. We use real wood and screws with plugs in our construction - not MDF, air nails, or Staples. Some minor assembly at home is required; instructions and hardware included. Overall dimensions of 36" W x 10" D x 32" H with three openings that allow for 33"W x 8.5"D x 9.25"H. We do not use highly processed wood, because of this, you can expect knots and minor imperfections that make each piece unique.

I opted for this design because I liked the clean look of not having two sets of vertical supports, but in the end I don't think the lack of support is worth it. Well to be perfectly honest, the delivery team was fantastic! They arrived as they indicated, they were, friendly, courteous, and ever so efficient. The bookcase arrived early enough to have placed all necessary items on the shelves long before the noon hour. However, once the packaging was removed, the bookcase put in its proper place the matter of how to remove the wood wedges (placed on the left and right sides) holding the shelves in place became the major obstacle of frustration. It's like getting in your car to take a drive, you open the door, take a seat, put the key in the ignition, turn the key or push the button and nothing happens, looking at the gas gauge, you realize you have no gas. Went online to your website, located the item page, found there were instructions on how to remove the wedges. It’s like being stranded in the desert with no water and no camel. The color looks even better in person, and the height is just perfect. Functionality wise it spins really smoothly and there was actually more room on the shelves than I was expecting, so I still have space to fill up. The cabinet door opens smoothly and the hinges are even the adjustable kind you can use a screwdriver with if you need the door to be a little more protruding compared to when you installed it. The reason for four stars instead of five is due to the instructions being too vague, to the point I had to reference the instructional video on Wayfair, as well as a few screws being too loose to the point I'll need to reinforce them with wood glue later. It's still pretty solid, so I'm satisfied, but I can see others possibly having a stressful time due to these issues. Anyone putting this together should just try to keep in mind to be gentle and steady when putting in the screws to avoid accidentally stripping or splitting since the material is so thin in places.
