Update Removed 1 star after washing and drying. I wash all textiles before use due to chemicals. Washed in large fine mesh delicates bag on delicate cycle in cold water. Dried briefly in bag on low heat until damp dry, finished on patio folded in sunshine. Several small holes developed in weave and one on hem finishing. I love the blanket so much that I painstakingly stitched each hole and hope it will hold. But for the care I took with it, it shouldn’t have happed. Glamorous, gigantic and glamorous in Light Grey. I needed a color that would tone down the yellow in my buttercream velvet chair. When I opened the package, I was concerned because it seemed like it might be just a hint warm rather than cool. I ordered this blanket in the ‘black marble’ option. It is incredibly soft and cozy and perfect size for cuddling on the couch. Really excited to put it to use once it gets colder! It’s definitely heavy and warm, even with the air conditioning blasting. The only thing I’m a little disappointed in is the color. I don’t now if my pictures fully show, but it almost shows a bit on the blue side. Especially in the lighter gray spots. The opposite side is a solid velvet-y material in a slightly warmer gray that slightly contrasts the slightly blue-ish black on the fur side.
