I purchased this lovely throw to protect my sofa from the cat. It is waterproof so hairballs will not permeate it and stain the sofa. While it is not weighted, it does have some density and could be used to calm. It is so soft and warm that I placed it on the bed as autumn approached. There is a bubble design on one side and a soft white lining on the other. I have washed it several times and it fluffs nicely. So far, there are no pulls from the cats claws. The throw is versatile in that it can be used for pets and people and in most rooms of the home.. Susan. Bethel, PA. Sat Sep 26 2026

The color is exactly as I expected. It’s a really soft blanket. It seems like it’s gonna be lightweight but good for some layering and a good light decorative blanket to add to the bed without looking too heavy which was the main purpose for me to get it.
