The color was a tiny bit brighter than I had hoped- but I kept it anyway cause the weight of it is so nice- and the actual threads are very soft and luxurious (buttery with weight- it’s quite delicious). I purchased the khaki color and it’s as pictured. I really like it! What I did not like was when I washed it, I did not dry it on a low setting. My Maltese sleeps with me and even though he visits a groomer monthly I have found that his nails have picked the material in a couple of spots. This is an beautiful blanket. I measured it and it is several inches larger than the description, so definitely very generous. The surface is a little delicate, the weave is a little loose but very attractive. Instructions say dry clean, but the dry cleaner wasn't able to remove some dirt from a pet laying on it, so I washed it on gentle and dried it by draping over something so it was 'sort of' dried flat and it came out fine.
