This blanket is so soft! My family fights over who gets to use it. The directions say to fluff it in the dryer before using which we did, but it was pretty fluffy after we opened it. It had a slight smell but the dryer took care of that. The directions warn you that it will shed at first and it did. After about 3 shed “clean ups” it has pretty much stopped. The only thing I would change is I would have gotten a bigger size so it would easier to share! Overall, great blanket! My daughter wants me to order another one.. Stephanie. Hanover, PA. This blanket is heavy, gorgeous, and definitely waterproof! I loved it so much when I first got it out of the package and was super excited about using it, however, it is so waterproof the water would not Spin out of it in the wash cycle. I had to lift it out of the machine completely waterlogged and take it outside to hang dry, which took forever (I’m talking days!). Maybe a smaller size would work better in the wash, but the king did not work in the washer, which I will unfortunately need it to with my dog using it daily. It sure is a beautiful blanket, though!. Enjoy the extra warmth you need with this heated blanket shawl while working from home, watching TV, or playing games. Unplug it to wear as a regular shawl for cooking, yard activities, or walking the dog.

Very soft, very warm and washes well. It does fit exactly like a poncho and heats up quickly. The ability to control the temperature is a great feature. I was worried with all the internal wiring that it would be a nightmare to wash but it held up well. The power cord connector (where it plugs into the poncho) is a little cumbersome and limiting but once you're comfortable it does get very cozy.. Alonda. Stratford, CT. Mon Jun 01 2026
