I love the frame. It fit my jig saw exactly and Wayfair is the only place I could find my frame without going to a framer. It had a soft clear plastic where the glass or hard plastic goes so the frame ends up being might lighter in weight and easier to hang. I had to read more than one time on how to set up the picture frame but once I was able to get the picture frame in place. It was easy to install. I purchased a portrait online and I needed a frame to go with that portrait and this fit the portrait completely. This is a little bit flimsy upon first opening the frame. When I put the portrait in the frame it does give it a little bit more stability. My only issue with this frame is that for the price and the materials used with it is a little high however, I figured that this would be reasonable in comparison to purchasing a custom frame at one of the local craft stores in the area. I purchased this for a birthday gift for my significant other and it fits perfectly with what he has right now at his residence.
