arrived almost the next day after ordering. very well packaged for transportation, they were tightly packed one on top of the other and one box and then put in another box. all the corners had cardboard protectors and the plexiglass were wrapped on both sides so no smudges. these frames are pretty awesome you can hang them horizontal or vertical or display them on a table, which I opted to remove since they would be hanging on a wall. its hard to believe that plastic frames and plexiglass could make these frames look so rich. the grooves that you secure the back of the frame to actually slide in these grooves which is the easiest Ive ever seen. leave support and 8x10 print without the mat and it also supports a 5x7 print with the mat which is included, I tried to 8x10s with the mat and the others where I Believe by seven with the mat so either way it worked out perfect. the price is very affordable for an awesome contemporary look...
