It arrived packed very well to prevent damage in transit. The size I ordered is large so glass wasn't an option (wish it was) but the plexiglass came with a covering on each side to keep it safe. The frame itself is very lightweight. You have to install the mounting hardware (easy) but I wish it came with enough to let the frame hang either way instead of only have 1 option. This product did not arrive on time, but after speaking with Wayfair about the need to get this in a timely fashion because it was to be used as at a special event, it arrived 2 days later... and the vendor included an additional frame to boot. I like this frame and it is looks good and appears to be good quality but it looks different in person than the picture on the website. I suppose I should have gotten out a tape measure to determine the width of the actual frame. The picture makes it look thicker than it is in person. I have attached a picture for you to see the difference. It is still a nice frame, nice white mat and durable break resistant plastic (glass). The gold color of the frame is pretty and it will still do well for my needs but I had expected a bulkier frame than what I recieved. Thus, the 4 stars instead of 5. If you are interested in this frame it is still a good product that I would recommend just know it appears heavier framed in the pictures.. Kr. AR. Sun Jun 30 2024
