I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. Some of the description is quite confusing. Such as cleaning after each use. I need a full time mattress. Thanks for your service Purdy J. Washington DC. Purdy. Washington, Dc. Sun Jun 28 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this for mattress for my teenage son's room. He was ready for a good mattress. Overall we are very happy with this one. He says it is very comfortable, gives great support and he likes that the mattress isn't firm but on the softer side. He is a tall boy so it seems to be holding up good for the past month that he has been sleeping on it. His only complaint is that he would of liked to feel the cooling gels more. This mattress is used when we have guest as well. My mom slept on it and she gave her stamp of approval. Believe me when I say that my Mom would let me know if she didn't like it. My dad has also slept on it a few times and he also likes it but would of liked a more firmer mattresses (he is strange). Overall it is a very good mattress. I don't find it firm at all so if that is what you are looking for move on but if you want a soft/comfy mattress this is the one for you.. Aztracy. Phoenix, AZ. Thu Oct 13 2022

Despite the box being a bit tattered upon arrival, the mattress was wrapped very well. *Note the box is VERY HEAVY. It was fun to unbox it and watch it completely expand and I believe this will be an absolutely perfect mattress! We have just moved into a new home and will give this a few days to expand to the fullest but honestly I laid down on it and I can tell it is already super comfortable! Highly recommend.. Kimberly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, the room hasn't been updated in 10 + years including our mattress.. this has been an actual game changer!!!! It feels really nice, medium feel, i dont feel like i sink in but it also doesnt feel like a board. It almost curves to my body and I have been getting such a great night's sleep with this mattress!!! I am a plus size person and between me and my husband its well over 550+ pounds of weight but it has been working out for us. We've been using this mattress for almost 60 days and it feels the same as the first day we got it! Comfortable, doesnt sink for our weight and so far I love laying in bed without getting some type of soreness from sleeping "wrong". Its definitely the mattress you use that causes this.. in love with our new mattress!!!!. Anonymous. Mon Oct 12 2026

The reviews were good, but the bed has exceeded all expectations. We are 51 and 43 years of age and weigh 300 LBS between us. Weve worked and played hard this life. We have slept on this mattress for over a week now and every single time, as my 220 lb, blue collar husband wakes up, he comments that was the best sleep ever. He has slept all over the country, in every kind of bed there is. He rarely gives a compliment, unless well deserved. We have owned 3 mattresses in 4 years. We will not be buying any other mattress anytime soon but you should, if you need better sleep and less numbess and pain. Unless, youre just reading a mattress review for pleasure ) Thank you, Brooklyn Bedding , for the happy husband, pain free nights of sleep and the rested days, we are externally grateful.. Anonymous. If adults are sleeping on your mattresses, you probably want to have nylon. Its breathability allows your guests to sleep cooler, so you don't have to worry that they'll wake up in the middle of the night dripping with sweat as they throw off their blankets in exasperation. For adults, comfort is a major factor in bedding. Nylon fabrics usually have a softer and slightly stretchy feel because of their woven construction. This translates into a slightly softer sleeping surface. Comfortable: It's a woven fabric, nylon doesn't have a plastic feel, and it breathes well. It's generally preferred for conference facilities, rescue missions, colleges, and military housing. Complete protection: Our mattresses are also fluid-proof, which means our fabrics protect the inside of the mattress from any fluids that come into contact with it, no matter what those fluids may be.

So far it appears to be a good match for me and my wife since we both have back issues. Also, I am a side sleeper and the topper accomodates hips, elbows, knees, etc. I do need to know the procedures for returning the mattress after 7-10 days, if we do not feel that it is the best product for us..
