I'm glad I bought the 10" Medium Hybrid Mattress. It is firm. Could have used more latex on top. May need a bit more padding for some. But I like it. Appreciate it has a edge. Can tell were I am in bed at night. Picky meg. Margaret. TX. Fri Mar 14 2025

Definitely a step up from what I had before. However, this is supposed to be a firm mattress, but maybe because of the pillow top does not feel like one. It is comfortable, but for me specifically it isn’t firm enough for my upper and mid back. It feels like it sinks too much right around that area. My wife however finds it to be very comfortable.. ★★★★★ **Excellent Comfort and Support** I have yet to experience a bad night’s sleep on the Helix Elite. It is very comfortable while still providing the firm, supportive feel I prefer. The mattress does a great job of pulling body heat away, so I stay cooler throughout the night instead of waking up overheated. Setup was also quick and easy, with no issues getting it positioned and ready to use. Overall, the Helix Elite has been an excellent purchase—comfortable, supportive, cooling, and easy to set up.. It is soft but firm at the same time and works perfect for my pressure points. It is just hard to handle because it is heavy and since it doesn't have coils {which is a good thing} it wobbles a bit. However, a Great Buy!. Maritza. San Juan, PR. Thu Dec 01 2016

I have a spinal cord injury and am a side sleeper, so I did extensive research before purchasing a mattress, especially a “blind purchase”. When I started researching mattresses, I had no idea what toxic materials were in most mattresses! So then I added safe materials to my search, not an easy task! After extensive research and after visiting several show rooms, I decided I wanted a mattress that had pillow top on both sides. When I finally pulled the trigger, I definitely had my doubts, doubt subsided on delivery day! Delivery was timely, and the three delivery man set the mattress up perfectly! I was blown away by the quality of the mattress!! Absolutely no odor the perfect amount of support for a side sleeper, I don’t think I’ve ever seen/felt a better mattress!! First night sleeping on the mattress was like I had had it for years, no break-in. Or “getting used to“! . Cannot recommend the mattress enough, purchase with extreme confidence!! Good luck, and hopefully a good night sleep!!. Chris. NJ. Wed Sep 30 2026
