This is our third try buying a new mattress and I think we’re going to stick with it. The top layer is comfortable. You do sink into the mattress a bit, but still feel supported. I was worried about sleeping hot but it doesn’t hold body heat as much as a previous memory foam mattress we owned. It’s a bit too soft for me. Kind of hard to turn over in bed. On the bright side, when my husband moves around in his sleep I can’t tell, unlike a mattress with springs.. Hannah. Zionsville, PA. Fri Oct 16 2026

The EGO Black Hybrid Pro Mattress is a medium plush hybrid mattress designed for shoppers who want a combination of cooling comfort, pressure relief, zoned support, and safer construction. Its layered design targets common sleep problems such as overheating, body aches, motion transfer, odor buildup, and edge weakness. Overall, it positions itself as a premium, health-conscious, performance-driven mattress for modern consumers seeking both comfort and support.

This mattress looks really nice and has a high end quality feel to it. I ordered this for me and my wifes master bedroom. We definitely needed a new bed we purchased our last new mattress around seven years ago right after purchasing our house. That old mattress cost me about 1500 and had all kinds of lumps and hurt both our backs so this was long overdue. This bed is supposed to have cooling features that should help at night since we both sleep hot. It has extra edge support and zones to help with different body aches. The mattress is definitely plush it says medium but it looks really comfortable. My wife seems to like it so as long as shes happy Im happy. I ordered the 14 inch and it looks like it expanded to 14 almost instantly its crazy how they fit something that big in a box. Shamarie Robinson. Lansing. Sat Aug 22 2026
