Bought this for the primary bedroom. It is a little higher than I expected with my bed frame, but not so much that I need a ladder or step stool to get in bed. I wanted a mattress that was somewhat firm but had a pillow top. I found this. So far, and it has been a month, I love it. Nothing aches when I get up in the morning. I found the price to be quite reasonable and the quality to be good. I would recommend this mattress. The dog did not come with the mattress.. Anonymous. Sat Jul 25 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been really impressed with the Serta Perfect sleeper Garden Escape 14’ Extra Firm Mattress. It is definitely lives up to the “extra firm” description, but it is still has enough cushioning on top that it doesn’t feel like your are sleeping on a hard surface. It feel very supportive and substantial , especially if you prefer a firmer mattress or want something that keeps you from sinking in too much. The 14 inch height also gives it a nice, premium look on a bed , and the mattress feels well made overall. I like how stable and supportive it feels when getting in and out of bed.. Iuliiak. We got the 14" mattress. I love the 800+ individually wrapped springs, and the fact that it is fiberglass-free, and has CertiPUR-US foam, and OEKO-TEX certification. The mattress also feels really nice and supportive, but also very cushiony on sore joints. I do not think the " reinforced edge support" is anywhere near as supportive as the "integrated mattress edge support" our last mattress from Wayfair featured. The last one we had was the Wayfair Sleep Medium Hybrid Mattress, and you could sit on the side of that one without it sinking down more than just a tiny bit. I liked that feature a lot as it gives you a more stable surface to sit on to put on shoes, etc. Thankfully we have a bench at the end of our bed, because this mattress edge sinks down quite a bit on the edge. (And NO, I have not gained weight since we had the last one.) My husband and I both miss that extra structure at the edges of the old one, but this mattress does feel very nice. Overall we are happy with our purchase. I would have given it 5 stars if it had had the same edge support as the previous mattress. Update: It's now been 5 months that we have been sleeping on this mattress and it is sagging. I wish I'd never bought it. We rotate our mattress every 4 months. We are not obese people, and frankly even if we were, the mattress is supposed to support 880lbs, and my husband and I aren't even half that added together. Don't buy this mattress.... Sherri. The only thing that bothered me was the time it took to get here. It took 22 days from purchase to receive the mattress. I have slept on it, a very comfortable balance of plush and firmness. Offers great relief from lower back pain. Comfortable in virtually any position I sleep.(back, side, and occasionally stomach). Traded from a dealt full size bed, this is definitely an upgrade worth the money. Just wait til a sale I got my queen size for 514. Travis. Indiana. Fri Oct 02 2026

This mattress looks really nice and has a high end quality feel to it. I ordered this for me and my wifes master bedroom. We definitely needed a new bed we purchased our last new mattress around seven years ago right after purchasing our house. That old mattress cost me about 1500 and had all kinds of lumps and hurt both our backs so this was long overdue. This bed is supposed to have cooling features that should help at night since we both sleep hot. It has extra edge support and zones to help with different body aches. The mattress is definitely plush it says medium but it looks really comfortable. My wife seems to like it so as long as shes happy Im happy. I ordered the 14 inch and it looks like it expanded to 14 almost instantly its crazy how they fit something that big in a box. Shamarie. Lansing, MI. Sat Aug 22 2026

Shipped vacuum-compressed in a handy box, it fully expands within 48–72 hours at room temperature; full expansion will take slightly longer if the ambient temperature is below 15°C.

This bed is perfect! Needed to replace a full size bed for my daughter and this one is perfect. Delivery took just a few days and love how easy it is to open up the mattress and have it expand. I asked her how many stars we should give the mattress and she said “six thousand” - so she definitely believes her mattress is incredibly comfortable and a huge upgrade over her prior mattress. Would get it again.. Michael. Nashville, TN. Sun Sep 06 2026

Sink into plush comfort every night. This 12" mattress has a tight top, edge support, and low-motion transfer, so it's designed to let you stay asleep, even if you or your partner toss and turn. Its 9 layers of memory and graphite-infused foam offer a plush feel and a breathable design to keep you cool. This mattress includes a quilted polyester cover to retain mattress freshness and mitigate stains. It also arrives compressed inside a box, so we recommend giving it time to expand to its full size. Best of all, it's backed by a 10-year manufacturer's warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far the best bed I’ve had! It’s the perfect firmness for someone who likes a firm bed. It’s heavy (in a GOOD way) and somehow gets better the more you use it.. Anonymous. Thu Sep 17 2026

I've been sleeping on this mattress for many months now and can confidently say that is has been a great experience. I am a side sleeper and it gives me ample support/firmness while still being comfortable from the cushioning on top. I also like how any liquids spilled on it dry out quite quickly. The mattress is also easier to carry around, as it's on the lighter side. So all in all, a great mattress that I would recommend.. Anonymous. AB. Thu Jul 30 2026
