I loved that I received the item within 24 hours. Unfortunately, upon receipt of the item, the bottom of the box was opened. Also the mattress is not cut true to size. We wanted a soft mattress and finally found one. We added a gel foam topper and then then a down-alternative topper and couldn’t be happier, the topper is the key.
