It works great and looks wonderful, simple and stylish. Operations are easy but it is pretty loud. Conversation is possible, but youll have to raise your voice . Delivery was good. It is BEAUTIFUL! I am remodeling my home. I had a set of headbangers above my stove and I just wanted them gone. I found this one bc I had to have a free-hanging vent and it is PERFECT. I am not sure what all they had to do to install it, but they did great. It's not real quiet, but I don't use that part much. Nice looking and works well. Pretty quiet compared to the fan that came with the microwave I used to have over the range. Chimney material is a little flimsy, which I guess is to be expected given the low price tag. Front black panel scratches easily. I would suggest only using a soft cloth. Lights are nice and bright. This is a beautiful hood. We think it looks amazing in our recent kitchen remodel. The price was great, too. We’ve only had two issues. Great value Very nice unit for the price Had to do some adjustments, only because it was more practical for me to use the existing chimney/base. Nice looking and works well. Pretty quiet compared to the fan that came with the microwave I used to have over the range. Chimney material is a little flimsy, which I guess is to be expected given the low price tag. Front black panel scratches easily. I would suggest only using a soft cloth. Lights are nice and bright.
