Works fine. We couldn't make the unit fit flush into the ceiling because of obstructions, that's why we had to build a box around it. Not the company's fault, just how it worked out for this job.. Mark. Topanga, CA. Fri Jun 30 2017

We live in a condo so the kitchen doesn't have a ventilation system for the stove. This air recirculating vent system was what we needed. It is unobtrusive, it has multiple speeds and a light, and it comes with a remote control. Two things to note, however: (1) you need to purchase a separate recirculating kit if you don't have a vent to tie it into, (2) the remote battery is non-standard.. Anonymous. Wed Jul 08 2026

Fits perfectly to replace the Sirius hood that (sadly) died! The chute is shorter than expected, however, so plan accordingly based on ceiling height.. Daphne. Reading, PA. Sun Dec 31 2017

I'm loving this sleek look in my new kitchen! I have 8' ceilings and a huge wall of windows and it looks great to not have an island hood that hangs down! Love it! Not exactly sure how strong the suction is yet. I haven't used it.. Wendy. Austin, TX. Tue Jun 01 2021

great looking hood.. Carolyn. Santa Rosa, CA. Fri Jun 19 2020

This purchase was a bad choice. For one, it DOES NOT come with the chimney piece! Wayfair referred me to the manufacture to purchase that piece for an additional $250 but it wasn't available to ship until January 2019! So, I had to have one custom made so my contractor could finish my kitchen remodel. Also, the blue lights on the front are SO bright, they are annoying. Wish I could turn them off. Needless to say, I was in a pinch to complete my kitchen remodel so I settled on keeping it.....wishing I would have returned!. Lindsey. Thornton, CO. Mon Oct 29 2018
