We love our new 2-in-1 washerdryer combo unit!! It is so convenient in so many ways and performs great. Just be careful not to overload it, especially on a high spin setting, or else the whole thing will start banging around like its going to bust through your floor! I originally purchased from Wayfair in hopes of redeeming my 15 off coupon... but learned at checkout that this product was sadly an exclusion. I should also mention that the delivery guys did a great job hauling this moose up a flight of stairs. However, when installing, they haphazardly dropped the drain cap into the washer drain so our first two loads of laundry completely flooded our laundry room! I vented the unit because several previously had stated venting helped dry faster. After speaking with manufacturer support I was able to have a better experience with this unit.
