Oven was received and had damaged edges that were broken, I contacted the help desk and was told to contact GE , the oven was ordered from Wayfair and payment was made to Wayfair not GE. This is the jewel of my brand new kitchen! It’s gorgeous to look at and cooks like a dream. Everyone that comes over oooh’s and aaah’s at it. They are so jealous of my range... I love it! Glass top is easy to clean, the front panel, not so much. The touch control panel is extremely sensitive. Somehow I keep turning on the steam clean function while I’m cleaning it. The stovetop is great. I also like the oven; however, sometimes my food doesn't cook evenly. Not sure if this is a "me" issue, or if it's the oven itself...I know that I'll never need to use the Wi-fi feature so, I can't tell anyone how that is. It is absolutely beautiful. I received it on Thursday, had it installed on Friday and cooked with it for the very first time this morning. It is twice as beautiful as any picture I could not imagine somebody not just being over the moon with this oven.
