this stove is everything we were looking for no one had it in stock or even tried to get it for us. We came across it on Wayfair we salute you thanks

I received the stove which had a huge dent in the side and scratch on top. I have reached out to the department that handles damaged products and have yet to hear anything. I also did not receive the same griddle that is pictured here. I am very disappointed in this whole purchase. I have bought from them numerous times and never had a problem till now.

Hello, I took some pics of some items that do need replaced and also some pics of the metal sheet on the back of it that shows when it was manufactured it was probably not lined up correctly and holes that most likely need screws were not entered. I noticed the mid to bottom metal piece is silver or some time of silver metal (might be aluminum or stainless) but the top piece that covers approximately maybe 6-10 inches down is white. The stove is black and stainless so I thought being white it was a little strange. I have attached as many pictures as I could for you all. I presume that burners are cast iron. One thing that is so very important (per a store) that carries them is to be very careful when buying them is to check their back for rough areas as that usually means under the paint is the starts of possible rust. I've dealt with this exact issue for over 10 years on the stove I replaced with this one. The master burner on the front left looks good the rest not good. I took different angles for you all. We also have a scratch on the front on the edge (picture included). Please reach out to us to resolve these issues. I was limited to pictures so please call us so that I can send the rest to you. I will try to open the review to attach more. I am not sure if it will work but I will try. Thank you

I am absolutely in love with my new stove. I live it has both convection and air fry option. Also the middle griddle was an amazing touch that I have enjoyed. The installation crew was fast and efficient as well.

Only used it twice so far but the griddle is a game changer. This one is damaged in the side so waiting on a replacement but this range is awesome

Love this new range. Cooks everything perfect. Easy installation and the delivery was very professional.

Looks lovely. The continuous grate looks great, too. No problems using but only downside is whenever I turn the oven on, the smell of gas is quite strong for the first few minutes, unlike my old stove.

Great looking appliance, wish it worked as expected. had complete replacement of oven thermostat, and control panel and still will not function. baffled

The drivers were pleasant and removed packing from the stove as requested. I had an issue with the delivery time. I was told that I would get a call at least a half hour before the item was to be delivered. I was also able to track what I thought was the progress of the delivery. I had just checked the tracker which indicated that I had 3 deliveries ahead of me, when the driver called to tell me he would be there in 15 minutes! I had to rush to leave work. Obviously there was some disconnect between the truck and the tracker. Otherwise all was good
