Excellent machine and a very good machine. My reason for the double take is because of small or tiny bootie socks. With this washing machine compared to other front load I have owned before this one gets a small sock stuck in the drain in the rubber below where the door is located every now and then (nothing bothersome). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had the washer for only three weeks, but so far, we like it. The control panel is nice and simple, the detergent tray is smartly arranged, the machine runs quietly, and clothes get clean. There's one thing that I don't like: The tub, rubber seal, and detergent tray are very wet at the end of the spin cycle. You need to leave the door and tray open between uses, or it's going to be mold city. There's a device that pops out of the door to prop it open, but it's not automatic—you have to manually set it. I take a cloth to dry out the rubber seal if I'm not doing another load immediately, because there's so much water sitting in there and we've had mold problems with previous machines.
