My old machine was 16 years old and so this new machine was a pleasant surprise. Huge washing drum and uses less water. I wasn't too sure about AI but it determines the size of the load. I use delicate cycle often so I wasn't best pleased about having to go online to download it, and it did take some time to find it and do that. But it all runs well and I must say very quietly!
