I purchased my Samsung top-load washer and dryer from Wayfair, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I’ve had them for almost two years now, and they’ve worked wonderfully with no issues whatsoever. The washer does a great job cleaning my clothes, and I’ve been very satisfied with their performance and reliability. I’m glad I made this purchase, and I would definitely recommend this washer. The Samsung Bespoke AI Front Load Washer with ultra-capacity brings innovation and convenience together to make laundry less of a chore. With smart features like an AI Home LCD display that’s easy to control, AI OptiWash+ which takes the guesswork out of cycle selection, washing couldn't be easier. There's no need to refill detergent and softener every time with the convenient Flex Auto Dispense drawer which dispenses the right amount of detergent to use. Laundry day is simplified.

I have been using my Samsung Bespoke washer for exactly a year now, and I couldn't be happier. It is simply perfect! What I love the most is the auto-dispenser—not having to measure and add detergent and softener every single time I do laundry is a huge game-changer. Plus, it treats clothes with so much care, has cycles for absolutely everything, and on top of that, the color is gorgeous and adds a lovely touch to the room. After 12 months of continuous use, it works just like the first day. Highly recommended!. Maripily. Fort Lauderdale, FL. Tue Sep 22 2026

Samsung's 2.5 cu. ft. capacity compact Front Load Washer gives you the perfect mix of size and function. It is equipped with our AI Smart Dial, which learns and recommends your favorite cycles* and simplifies the control panel, to make controlling your washer a breeze. It also has Super Speed Wash, which powerfully cleans a full load of laundry in just 30 minutes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This compact washer has been a really nice setup for me. I bought it for an upstairs laundry closet area where a normal size stacked washer and dryer just would not fit in my home. We are running the water lines next week and I honestly cant wait to get it installed up there, but for now the photos show it in my basement so I could try it out because I couldn’t wait. It’s compact, so I wouldn’t expect it to replace a full-size washer for giant loads, but that’s not really the point. For towels, clothes, smaller bedding, and regular day-to-day laundry, it seems like a really nice option. I like that it still has a lot of useful features like the AI Smart Dial, steam settings, and a quick cycle that works great when you just want to wash a smaller load without waiting forever. It also looks really sleek, and the size is a big part of why I chose it. It will fit perfectly in a smaller closet area where having laundry upstairs is actually possible, which makes it feel like such a practical upgrade for everyday use. It feels like a very smart solution for smaller in-between loads and added convenience. Another nice feature is that it’s WiFi connected. I wouldn’t say that’s something I really need, but it has actually been super nice to have. Getting it connected was a little finicky and took a couple tries, and that would be my only tiny nitpick because otherwise this machine is 5 stars all the way. Once it was connected, everything worked great. If you’re like me and throw in a load of laundry and then completely forget about it for a day or two, the phone notifications are a lifesaver and can save you from having to wash the same load all over again like I usually do Overall, I think this is a great option for someone who wants the convenience of a washer in a smaller space or on an upper floor. For me, it’s already been a big quality of life upgrade, and once it’s fully installed upstairs I know it’s going to make staying on top of laundry so much easier. PS: I like giving my smart appliances ridiculous names, so this new washing wizard duo is Cynthia Spinerivo & Dry-ana Grande.. Tommybluez. Buffalo. Wed Apr 22 2026

A smart dial washer with flex wash lets you wash two separate loads at the same time or independently with two washers in the same unit. It uses AI power to learn and recommend your favorite wash cycles and can wash a full load of laundry with full performance in just 28 minutes with super speed wash.

Love them so far. Sarah. Jackson, CA. Sun Mar 06 2022
