I think it's unfortunately a question of how the makers of these items make them, but I wanted to be able to place it higher above our heads to avoid getting our head bumped into it... so we have to be careful, but then the guys who installed it (they were 4 people and it took 4h) said all the recent models are all the same now.. The first delivery was a different color and model, which was quickly replaced by Wayfair. The replacement looked perfectly fine in the box, but when we went to install it we found a big dent on top. The steel is sturdy so it had to be something big and heavy.. Pilar. Houston, TX. Wed Oct 11 2023

Was very easy to install if you have any mechanical ability, I did it myself. The only problem I had it is came with a small dent and I didn't catch it till I took the plastic protective covering off the shroud. According to the instructions, you have to catch any problems before install. Them are the last things to go on. I inspected them with the protective covering on them and could not see the dent. Other than that it is a very nice unit.. Ah. Meadville, PA. Sun Dec 05 2021
