Unnecessarily complicated. Too many features that in a practical sense will never be used. Controls not intuitive. Time on gauge is meaningless and uncontrollable. I wanted a bigger capacity washer, but in the same or smaller footprint, and this delivers! It's 5 cubic feet and I can now wash my large towels and my sheets at the same time! The machine is quiet, has a very quiet drainage, spin, and vibration, and is just overall quiet! I also love the jingle when it has completed the cycle! So far it's been outstanding!. Dale10. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. All opinions expressed in this post are personal and should not be attributed to LG So yes, I got this product as a gift through my son but everything I'm saying is completely honest. This is the most elegant laundry machine I have ever seen and it feels like you can put an endless amount of clothes in the washer before it's full. I'm still learning all the washer settings but so far it's been pretty easy to learn. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use. When it's running it's really quiet when you consider how much it's washing. I tried the fast wash mode the other day and it was done in 30 minutes. It's a really complete and luxorious washing machine... And I never thought I would say the word luxorious when talking about a washing machine. I also never thought I would invite guests into the laundry room to show off my washing machine but I'm doing that now too... :). Roseg6. Katonah Ny. Wed Mar 18 2026

Love them so far. Sarah. Jackson, CA. Sun Mar 06 2022

Our intuitive dial control with LCD display and built-in intelligence that gets smarter with every use make it easy to give favorite clothes the care they deserve. Then, on select models, ezDispense® adds just the right amount of detergent and fabric softener for you, with capacity to clean up to 31 loads with 1 easy fill.** All wrapped in a sleek, minimalist design—plus turbo-charged cleaning that puts time back into your day

So far I’m very happy with the washer. Sometimes I think the rinse cycle doesn’t get all the soap out. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased a unit that would allow me to open the other way, ie hinge on the left.. Kobesmom. Indialantic, FL. Sat Aug 15 2026
