I love this item. The support team was super awesome. Whenever it arrived at the broken piece they provided a proper piece very quickly. I do not recommend putting this dresser together by yourself. This armoire is a beautiful addition to my office, and I am very happy with how it looks now that it is fully assembled. The warm wood finish is rich and attractive, and the simple, modern design makes it look much more expensive than basic office storage furniture. It gives me a practical place to organize bags, shoes, and other items while keeping everything hidden behind the doors instead of creating visible clutter. The interior provides a useful amount of space, and I like having both the tall cabinet area and the two lower drawers. I am able to use the hanging section for bags and clothing items, while the bottom area works well for shoes and smaller accessories. Assembly, however, was challenging. Many of the pieces are large and heavy, which makes them difficult to hold, position, and attach without help. I assembled it mostly myself, but had help with the bigger peices. I would strongly recommend having a second person available. It makes the process much safer, faster, and far less frustrating. The instructions also made assembly more difficult than necessary. The drawings were very small and sometimes hard to see clearly, so it took extra time to determine exactly how certain pieces were supposed to be positioned. Enlarged illustrations or clearer close-up diagrams would have made a major difference. Fortunately, I was eventually able to complete it, and the finished armoire feels sturdy and functions well. I wasn't expecting to like this product so much! The good: very clean lines, easy to assemble, and easy to adjust the doors. My house was a flip and they didn't really provide me with a coat closet; this took care of that in an awkward, unused corner of a hallway. I also replaced the hardware to match the cabinets in the rest of my house (it comes with some cheaper black plastic ones, pictured before and after I replaced them with brass handles). The bad: some pieces aren't pre-drilled so you're boring into the MDF with screws. In other cases, the pre-bored holes might be mis-aligned. For instance, on the right side door, the lock is pre-drilled too far away from the striker tab, so it doesn't lock; this isn't a big issue as I wasn't planning on using this for securing anything. Here’s very detailed review this armoire looks so nice and sturdy. All pieces are hard accept the back is like a strong card board this is why I put 4 stars plus the third picture show a small crack on one piece upon opening. It’s big inside and deep will give me enough storage. It took me 3 hours to assemble it. I was able to do it alone but got some extra hands only when needed to be moved or ehen needed to put it up.
