I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. Really like this griddle. It’s made nice and heavy. I have cooked on it twice so far and it heats up nice and things don’t stick to it. It will take a little getting used to that the whole griddle is the same temperature compared to gas where there are zones.
