The round design with raised rim covers the entire surface and features two stainless-steel handles that make it easy to lower into and lift out of the grill. Really like this griddle. It’s made nice and heavy. I have cooked on it twice so far and it heats up nice and things don’t stick to it. It will take a little getting used to that the whole griddle is the same temperature compared to gas where there are zones. I just wish it came with some kind of storage bag as it gets a little bulky with the handles on it and it’s a little greasy after cooking on it.. G. Mike. Illinois. Sun Jun 28 2026

Bring outdoor-style grilling indoors with the Cuisine::pro® GREEN STONE 11” Ultimate Grill Pan. Perfect for searing steaks, burgers, and vegetables, it delivers authentic grill marks and flavor without the need for added oils or fats.

This will be my new go to pan. It is solid, sturdy yet ergonomic with the handles. The depth is great for sautéing. The true red color will make this a fun pan to use for serving spicy appetizers. It holds heat extremely well. The dual pour sections make it easy to drain off any extra, unwanted fluid. The box was shipped, wrapped in bubble wrap. That was a good precaution. The box still came with some corner damage but the pan itself was fine. The package was heavy so it makes sense it might take a bit of a beating during shipping. Read the instructions! This is not like my traditional, old cast iron pans. It seems this does not season to a non-stick interior finish. The instructions suggest a bit of fat when heating to properly heat and cook foods. Not an issue for me so this will be a great go to for cooking. Highly recommend at this price point. I look forward to adding other Lava products to my cooking arsenal.. Leslie. Livonia, MI. Wed Jun 08 2022

I enjoyed giving making crêpes a go! This griddle sure was easier than I expected. You invert the hot griddle into the batter. Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500 F. Chip-resistant and dishwasher-safe. Made in France.

I was so happy to find this Staub turquoise grill pan on Wayfair. I had been looking for this specific color to add to my collection and only located it on Wayfair. The pan is absolutely fantastic and one of my favorite pans to use when grilling chicken or steak. It's heavy and solid. The finish does get dirty but nothing a little elbow grease and barkeepers friend doesn't fix getting off of the enamel. The color is beautiful and I'm so happy to add to my Staub collection!. Jaqui.
